Props to Roto-Fab!
I have had a Roto-Fab intake on my car pretty much since I brought it home. I think the quality,performance and appearance is tremendous! I have always heard great things about their customer service also but just now had the opportunity to experience it first hand. I just installed a maggie and wanted to upgrade my polished stainless intake tube to the Maggie specific Roto-Fab stainless tube. When it arrived I had a small cosmetic issue with it. Probably wouldn't even have bothered most guys but I am a very picky S.O.B. So the next morning I PM Mike (Roto-Fab 1) and explained the situation. I hit the send key and I swear it was not 30 seconds and my phone rang (no exaggeration literaly 30 seconds). WTF This was the fastest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Mike says I read your message and I will be sending another tube out with a return postage label to send the old one back. No haggling or explaination of expectations. THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT PEOPLE! The way customer service ought to be! I promptly received the new tube and continue to be ONE HAPPY ROTO-FAB CUSTOMER!!!

My Roto-Fab is going away, giving it to someone else due to uhm, some modifications, but Roto-Fab1 is great to work with and I love their equipment. Kudo's

I will be putting my original Roto-Fab polished stainless intake tube in the classifieds when I get a chance. So, if anyone is looking to upgrade to a stainless tube PM me.

Real time customer service experience! This is great to know. Especially for members that have installed their Roto-Fab CAI, but have not been able to drive their car due to snow....

I also experienced amazing customer service from Jennifer @ Roto-Fab. Fast response times via email (which is very important to me), next day delivery as well.

I finally got to get mine out and drive it this week, I love the new sound and responsiveness from the roto-fab cai! Totally happy with Mike & crew for the product and great customer service!

i have roto-fab as well and had an install problem. I called them and they walked me through it right away. Was my fault of course, but they are awesome.
