Personally... their costs are fine... but I would rather have the JRE package which makes MORE power, and does it without making more heat. This assumes you have access to E85 in your area... Food for thought.

Thanks SOCAL. I completely forgot the damn link. Much appreciated and I agree. It’s just the distance is so far for Janetty. Otherwise, I’d be all over it

I like it, because it kinda looks like a non-custom valve train version of mine for a lot less money. But first find out which supercharger pulley and what diameter. For example, a 10% (8.87") lower would work fine. I'm thinking this build makes +/- 50 hp above stock.

Ok, so 65 rwhp, but the ad says 85 wheel. Again, I like it. A lot of new members ask about such entry level hp packages, and this is a good one.

Any good shop or mechanic can install it and a good tuner will load it and check the tune and power on a dyno. I'm in CA and if I was going to void my extended warranty I would get this too, it seems like the best thing for extra usable power on track with little hardware. I don't see where you live, but you don't need Jannetty for this work. Also, you could add a fuel sensor to the Strickly Performance Pkg., run some E, and make the same HP as Jannetty's.

Agree, that's what I'm doing. And after reading post after post of his and speaking to him. IMHO he and his company are all that. Therefore, it's where I put my cash.

TSP headers- 750.00
Flex sensor- 250.00 Roto Fab - 500.00 Ported 95mm tb- 450.00 AEM 30-0334 wideband - 250.00 Hptuners w/ 4 credits- 400.00 Install the parts yourself. The headers will require a little more effort so if that is a bit over your head then farm that out. Cost should be around 5-600.00 for install. Then get a remote tune from somebody that knows how to tune gen 5 LT stuff. Since you have a manual it won't be that bad on cost to remote tune since you only need to license the ECM twice. Probably around 500.00 for a tune with the credits. Add that up...you have enough money left over you could buy JSH X port and still come in under that package. They are selling you stuff you don't "need". Stock plugs, thermostat, and housing is fine for a bolt-on car. You can put heat shield around the stock wires if need be. You don't need a ATI damper either or a dyno tune for these kind of mods. Bolt-on stuff isn't that hard to sort out with remote tuning. If it was a heads/cam setup where the VVE is gonna need completely reworked and require more extensive tuning, then yea I would want to be on a dyno to sort out most of the tune. Then verify it on the street.

I log data and makes edits with a small Dell laptop. He'll need something similar unless HPT sells a handheld unit.
Thanks for suggesting my KongX. It's generated a lot of interest. Quote:

Hey Guys, I’m with you 1000%. Trust me, I’m all about doing the work myself if I can. I do have a set of quick jacks, but I’m not sure that would allow for enough clearance to install headers. I also have a full 3” catback (secondary cats removed) that I would need to figure out how to connect/link the Hdrs to. I’m assuming that I could talk to TSP about their thoughts before purchasing. TBH, I’ve kinda been avoiding the idea of headers ONLY because I don’t want this car so obnoxiously loud that I’ll end up hating it. But, I recognize that there are some power gains in having them. I also already have and Soler ported 87mm TB and Regular Rotofab already installed. I also have an E-85 kit sitting in the box. When I spoke to the folks at Strictly, they told me (I’m just the messenger) that neither the E-85 kit nor the Kong X-Port could not be installed due to the lack of fueling available. Again, I’m just the messenger. Therefore, someone would have to go with one of their packages that includes replacing the cam. Okay everyone, start screaming now… LOL
