A10 VS. M6 FOR HEAVY TRACK USE
Question for all you track maniacs..
What's faster around track? A8/10 or the M6? Does the automatic overheat after a number of laps of driven HARD? The mustang has issues keeping the diff temps down after about 3 laps. Is there a performance difference? I looked at the ratios and they are pretty close. Looking for feedback. Thank you. David Last edited by D K; 01-09-2019 at 09:23 PM. |

I like my M6. I have had it out at sebring several times in 95+ and high humidity with no ill effects. Diff has not had any issues as far as i know (there's no diff cooler gauge in the car) but i have not gone into reduced power for rear end temps.

One thing is a virtual certainty - you'd be hard-pressed to keep up with the shifting of a manual transmission that had adjacent gear spacings as tight as this A10. Norm
