Can we save preferences per mode? Like, Tour to have Sport exhaust but Sport to have Tour suspension, or is there only one programable mode?
Trying to think of a shortcut to get to Stealth (for when I have a call or something). |

You can customize any combo you wish from the infotainment screen. I recommend you read the owners manual for your new car.

Preset modes cannot be edited. You can customize everything, but then those settings, essentially whatever you switched away from "Auto", will stick and become independent of (decoupled from) drive modes.

Thanks for all the info.
She runs like a dream. She’s not crazy/unsafe fast, which I can appreciate and enjoy more. She’s pretty perfect! Will do a better photo shoot in the weekend |

I didn't know they were delivering without chips for basics like seat cooling, wow strange time.

I also thought that statement was quite different from my personal experience

Congrats on the new rig. I have "only" a 2SS, and it sure seems quick enough, but sometimes I wonder what it'd be like with the extra ~200hp... :-0
Anyway, WRT the driving mode, Arpad_M is right: you can (mostly) mix n' match the settings as you (mostly) wish. You can either elect to have any of the three components (exhaust, steering, and suspension) be selected automatically when you select that Drive mode, OR you can tell the system to hold a setting regardless of the Drive mode. For example: I have mine always hold steering in Tour and suspension in Sport, so no matter what Drive mode I select, those will stay in those settings. (If I wanted those to switch when I switched Drive mode, I could leave them in "Auto", and they would respond accordingly.) Now for your purposes, AFAICT, the manual says that the "Snow/Ice" setting will set exhaust to Stealth, if you've left Exhaust on "Auto". So in theory, if you put your steering and suspension settings on whatever you wanted -- which should therefore hold them regardless of Drive mode -- but left Exhaust on Auto, then when you switched Drive mode to Snow/Ice, you'd get Stealth exhaust. On the go, with those settings, then, you could quickly switch in and out of Stealth, which is what you want. (Continue reading below only about exhaust on startup!) For me, though, the bummer is that for whatever reason, the system will not retain the Snow/Ice setting once the car is turned off, so even if you've done all the above, it will default the settings for whatever *overall* Drive mode setting you have in place. So if, like me, you don't care to wake up the sleepy little neighborhood when you start the car at 6 AM, before you shut down the car, you have to remember to cycle through and set Exhaust to Stealth directly*. And that means digging through Drive Mode : Exhaust : Stealth each time, not to mention reversing it when you drive away from your sleepy little neighborhood at 6:02 AM. (* -- And THEN you have to hope that MyLink isn't tripped up by your key-fob start, and fails to offer the "Drive Mode" button on the screen, because then you're trapped with Stealth exhaust until you can re-start the car and convince it to offer that choice. See elsewhere on these pages. A real head-scratcher.)
