AuotMeter OBD2 Digital Gauge - Ethanol % question

A friend of mine just bought an AutoMeter OBD2 Digital Gauge primarily to see his ethanol %. He has a sensor and has been running E for a few months.

He was told that the AutoMeter app would read the Ethanol percent if he had a sensor, but that isn't the case.

I have seen that he might have to do something with the PIDs, but we are both very new to this stuff. Any advice/info. would be greatly appreciated.

They haven’t been much help, unfortunately.

You may need to configure the PID in the Autometer program. Here is the settings I use in the Torque App to watch my E85 percentage.

Thanks so much. I think he did try something like that, but I'll run it by him. Is that Torque App only available for Android phones?
