P069E- Fuel Pump Module after catback/xpipe

Not my car but a buddies. He had a Corsa system put on with an Xpipe and said they removed and disconnected his rear O2's. Initally I figured that was it and tried to clear but it comes back immediately. Car drives as normal. Any ideas? I was thinking of using my HP Tuners and tuning out his rear O2's if possible but I dont want to hash his stock tune and he lose a warranty. Next step dealer but I figured I would at least ask the board.

has nothing to do with the rear o2s but he should be getting codes for the rear o2 if disconnected. if you take it to the dealer put it back to stock or they wont touch it. no idea why they would do anything with the rear o2 if it still has the factory front cats. why did he replace the factory xpipe?

Honestly I have no idea either. I left mine on. I didnt even bother to look under the car but he told me they zip tied the O2 harnesses. LOL He can deal with it. Just seems coincidental that he gets an exhaust and now this code.

I got the same code when I installed a cat-back system and had AFM activated. When I disabled AFM in my turner it went away.
