There's no link in your post.

The computer does not adjust the height - on top of the headlight housings, there is a single hole with a white phillips head screw at the bottom. You will need a fairly long screw driver with a smaller head in order to reach it but the screw turns plastic gears that points the HID either up or down. Taking the bumper off for vertical adjustment is not needed.
