Best dealer for 2020 ZL1 order in CA or NV?

I'm looking to order a 2020 ZL1 (not 1LE) first time ordering a new car. Was hoping for some tips on who the best dealer is to work with in California or Las Vegas?

Been dreaming of a modern performance car for a long time, have done so much homework on every performance car available and the ZL1 seems like the best package available for me.

Options I'm after are:-
Black
M6
PDR
Exposed carbon hood insert
Carbon dash insert
Carbon shift knob
No sunroof.

Looking forward to this beast of a car!
