Michelin PS 4 s wear after track day
One of my tires (passenger front) wore out outer edge of two middle treads after 8 sessions on track. We were running counter clockwise so there were more left turns. Halfway through, instructor had me deflate all tires 2 psi less (about 30 psi cold, 37 psi hot). Was tire pressure the reason for the wear or is this a defective tire? See pics.

It's pretty common to see edge wear like that on a street tire pushed hard on the track. Extra pressure will decrease the contact on the outer edges, so seeing that on the interior tread blocks isn't surprising.
We could tell more with a picture of the entire tread width. |

Let's see the whole tire but I feel like 8 days and that much thread left is pretty good for PS4s

Alignment was stock from factory. Pics of all 4 tires attached. Guess I'll have to run the track hard the other direction to even it out
