Camaros are extremely high priced right now. That car has 455 hp and 455 lb-ft of torque. Do not let the salesman try to give you false info. Do your homework.

We see too far.

Hot Wheels coupes are asking 46k-48k on Ebay. Verts are considerably more rare, and very likely there will never be another Camaro Hot Wheels v8 convertible. If selling would not ask less than $55k for a SS Hot Wheels convertible starting. If buying, I might offer $45k for the right car.

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw...nc&_udlo=30000

The SS Hot Wheels vert will always be a special car. I don't see these going down in value, ever.

EDIT: Asking $56k here, so $53k seems like a pretty good price.

Seems like a good deal to me if you are interested in owning a Hot Wheels SS. Those were expensive when they were new because of the Hot Wheels package option. If I remember they were around $55,000 or above in 2018 if you bought a new one. My advice is if you really want it then do some research before going to check it out and if everything is right then get it. Good luck.

If this was a regular Camaro SS, that'd be way too much, even during this period of time. I would tell them to knock off $3k for slight misinformation. I don't think the GM CAI adds any horsepower and NPP definitely doesn't add any as well.

Thumbs up

Scregan:
  • If you really want it, JUST BUY IT NOW!
  • These things are rare, especially vert, and I would kill for a 6 speed MT vert.
  • In terms of special editions, this thing is off the charts - custom wheels, hot wheels badges in door sills/interior/exterior, orange seat inserts, orange stitching, orange shifter, hot wheels headrest impression - EPIC!
  • It has key options like MagnaRide, Dual Mode Exhaust, Nav, and Boise (sic) Stereo (sounds like Idaho =XD).
  • I would get into this car every day and marvel at HOW COOL IT IS!
  • This is a bloody fair price for such rarity, low miles, options, in this outrageously inflated pandemic used car market.

It’s the poster child for low volume, special edition, Camaro’s. If you are a die hard Camaro fan, this car is one to get! Less than 50 models, total world wide production…. Won’t get much more exclusive, if that’s you’re thing.

Not 52k...... While there are still a deal or two floating around right now, most prices on used and to a lesser degree new are a joke. Unless you don't care about the money, I would pass and wait 6 mths to a year and spend a whole lot less. My two cents. If it's your dream car, than the decision is yours.

In todays market, 52K is a good deal for a convertible. I ran my coupe Hot Wheels car through Zroom and the offer was a smidge over 48K. I would pay an extra 4K for a convertible over a coupe all day long! Prices are nuts. Original MSRP on my car was in the mid 50's when new.

For me, not the $53k. Its going on a 4 year old Chevy Camaro - I'd pass. It is cool that is it so unique and limited production, but I still wouldn't buy it.

That is a TON for a SS in any form used. I bought my ZL1 about a year ago for $57 out the door with less miles. Have you done the KBB or NADA values?

For Minnesota zip codes with the highest optioned SS
Max value KBB is $45,869
Max value NADA is $45,175

Basically your paying $7k for the edition. Not worth it to me if your basing it on a value decision and not an emotional one.

My Fifty Vert, 2SS spec stickered at just under $56k in 2017. The 2018 Hot Wheels option package was at least $1,000 more than the H50 Fifty package, so I’d think a 2SS Hot Wheels Vert stickered closer to $57-58k new.
