Headers install help for Corsa Catback

Hi Friends,

Hoping someone can guide me in the correct direction. This is for an LT1 drag car non street driving.

I have a complete corsa catback (double helix x pipe + corsa extreme mufflers) and kooks 1 7/8th inch long tube headers with off road mid pipes.

To my understanding this won’t directly bolt together and fab work is required. Has anyone ever linked kooks headers to a corsa double x pipe? If so what modification was required?

My understanding is the only way this bolts together without fab work is to install corsa headers with their connection pipes but i have no idea where to even track down corsa headers.

It’d be nice to avoid fab work and if anyone has any suggestion it’d be greatly appreciated thanks!

When I did my TSP headers to MBRP catback I had the same issue. I took the front half of the mid pipes to an exhaust shop and had them use their tubing expander to get an extra 3/16” ID to fit my catted connection pipe inside. Figured this was better than trying to get the connection pipes to fit over the mid pipes so that exhaust gasses were not pushing into the connection.

When I did my KOOK's header install I had KOOK's custom make the rear pipes 1 1/4" longer than their standard. This mated to my AWE system and no custom fabrication work was required on my part.
