Do I need a low side

Tryin to determine if I will need a low side. I currently have a 2.3 upper, big gulp, and 2in long tubes

Data log your low side fuel pressure during a pull. It should be keeping up with the values commanded. Since your car already has the LT4 in-tank pump, the next logical step is to add a JMS voltage booster.
