That pump isn't new. It's been out for a year now.

You have the data in front of you. There aren't any tricks.

If you try to run ANY more than the 50psi they recommend the pump dies off quickly. The problem is if you're pushing the DI system at all the HPFP won't be happy with only 50psi feeding it.

I have no idea what they do in Hellcats but this setup does not support what they claim on an LT.

High powered Hellcats hit the stock pump with 21 volts in order to make 900+whp. They also run over 90psi to the injectors which brings the fuel ceiling down on the pump. I have a racetronix 525 in-line pump in place of the Bosch 044 that comes in the Cordes Aux low side in my C7Z. Airflow shows the car is making right around 1,100whp and that pump along side of the stock pump with a voltage booster my low side is solid running E55-E60. Holds right at 80psi across the board and doesn’t budge. The pump itself kicks ass. SMG either sent out a faulty pump or the setup it self doesn’t work.

Yes first thing I did.

It causes the FSCM to throw insufficient fuel codes which never happened with the LT4 low side pump. The fact that the pump will hold commanded pressure with a JMS tells me that it simply isn't capable of keeping at normal drive voltage. So, it's not an issue with the FPR bypassing excess pressure.

Anybody out there that has made one of these work on a 800whp + build running E50+ I am all ears!!
Have you ever tried the Frankenpump drop-in? It maintains the stock bucket seal, so it’s more appealing to me than the SMG anyway.

Nope...I only have experience with the SMG, LT4/JMS, or Aux pump setups. I am skeptical of any single drop-in pump at this point.

Our phase one of our fuel pump is now released for anyone interested. Not sure why the store shows backordered, we have 4 of these available right now.

Currently working on finalizing the plug-and-play harnesses and filtration kit. Hoping to be done within the next month.

I’m sold. Is there any reason to wait to buy this if we want the plug and play harness and filter when they come out? Meaning, will it be slightly changed in any way later to update it to work with those things?

The module will be unchanged.

Finally a drop in solid unit for low side. When PnP setup is finished up I’ll get one coming.

Soooo once this is installed with a flex sensor and tune, it will give the ability to run full e85 without any other fuel mods? Just wanted to clarify.

This solution shores up the low side of the fuel system.

You are still going to be limited by the high side pump without a cam, meth, or port injection.

Fyi... I had a Radium V1 dual fuel pump Evo X hanger and it came with an OEM quality looking PnP wiring harness. After a few years Radium found this harness with OEM connector did not handle the electrical heat of dual fuel pumps, so they switched to screw-type wiring terminals like this version of your ZL1 pump. Apparently these screw terminals in the Radium hanger (and your V1) are more heavy duty (maybe thicker gauge wire) and less vulnerable to failure from heat.
