License Plates on the ZL1

Anyone with a ZL1 or ZL1LE want to show me how they’ve mounted their license plate? I hate it being in the center of the grille, it ruins the front end. I was looking at the sto n show or the automatic one but want to avoid it because I’m sure it’ll run into technical issues. Let’s see your set ups and show angles!

I have the front plate mounted to the factory bracket, and the whole thing sits in my trunk.

No front plate here! Dang, this is the no front plate zone. I have never actually received a ticket for it nor do I know anyone that has. Usually, its just an excuse for them to pull you over and see how you smell.

Front plates are for followers, and the ZLE is no follower.

Haven't rolled a front plate on any of our vehicles in at least 20 years...and have always had at least one shade too dark (sometimes two shades) of window tint.

Never even a mention from anyone...Texas and Oregon, along with a ton of road trips through other states.

I ordered my front bracket/plate holder yesterday, I rolled by a local PD officer about a hour ago, his windows were dark and so are (20%)mine. He just sat there at the gas station, I'm almost 27 years corrections and some State Law enforcement, fully decorated. But I feel I need to obey the law. I'm keeping the tint, the plate I dont know, but I want the red tow hook on the front also. And man I did a 1st-3rd gear roll the other day and this baby pulls. I'm gone you guys are bad influence !!! LOL !!!
