I'm in the same boat. My options came in right under $52,000.00 for the coupe.

Still haven't heard back from my dealer about the LT trunk swap out if I pay for the blade and install it after the fact. Just frustrated and wished I had of joined this forum sooner.

Well then there are two outcomes:

1) I won't have it by then and my wife will get to hear me talk about that the entirety of our vacation.

or

2) I have the car then and she just gets to listen to me talk about how awesome it is.

I think either way it's a lose-lose for her lol

This probably isn't the best place to ask this, but I'm curious.

Since my dealer hasn't had allocation in over two months for this car and 2017 ordering starts soon, how likely would it be for them to get a fresh allocation for the new model year? Does everything start over fresh like that, or does the allocation process not care when the model year transitions and thus my current dealer may still not get allocation?

It sucks because I had a relatively decent deal worked out for them and since my configuration is going up $1,045 for 2017 I'm not sure if they would honor the deal we worked out or not...but of course if they can't even get the thing ordered then it's a moot point.
