camaro or hellcat?

would you trade your camaro for a brand new challenger hellcat? I personally hate the way challengers look, but do love the interior! I think I would trade my ss for one..707 HP!!!! Also anyone else dislike where the new car designs are going? not just camaro but tahoes, surburbans, 4runners, etc? They're all starting to look like grocerie getters and soccer mom vans. They need to bring the ruggedness back!

The hellcat is nearly double the price of an SS. Of course I'd trade my SS for one, but a trade in + 20 thousand? No.

Agreed. That Money could be well spent towards killing that kitty cat if spent correctly on a SS.

If they were the same price I would. I got my 1LE for $38K, that's $22K less than a base Hellcat. I'd be able to walk a Hellcat for a lot less.

People arent driving the hellcats. Except the green one that was totalled an hour after signing on the dotted line for it.

People ARE driving the Camaros. And really enjoying them.

Now, if GM had put a monster tire shredding 700 hp motor in your 1LE, ZL1, or even the Z28...

Would that make it a better car off the showroom floor?

Simple answer... no.

The three top series Camaros are bundled as a defined package.

I think Chrysler just built a monster street legal motor, slapped it in a body and started adding components to make it work.

I am happy with my 426hp 1LE.
It fits my automobile fetish perfectly.

Oh yeah, I'd definitely trade for either Hellcat, Challenger or Charger! Unfortunately, I'd be "lucky" to trade for that crashed Sublime one.

**** the hellcat! 707HP, barely out performs the ZL1. And it doesn't look nearly as good!

I actually saw one "in the wild" the other day cruising down the highway. Ironically enough, it was another lime green one.

I like the idea of factory 707hp, but I don't know that i would trade my Camaro for it. The thing has the same width tires as my SS. For that much power I would think they would use something more similar to a Corvette.

Would I trade for a Hellcat? Of course I would. Then I'd sell the Hellcat and buy another Camaro SS. And I'd have a pocket full of money to spend on goodies.

Can't say I am a Challenger fan or for that matter a Dodge fan. And I really don't make decisions based on just an interior or how much HP it has but, think about the TOTAL pkg.

Hope you do not want to turn that Hellcat. They took one to the track and compared it Camaro and a Mustang and the Hellcat did not turn well at all and the brakes faded bad.
