Uniden R7 with International firmware 1.50, plus Waze.
Works well, not much falsing.
Arrows are very helpful for situational awareness. One of my cars has a Uniden R3, and when it goes off I feel a little lost not knowing what direction the radar is coming from.

Also, 'rabbits' are good. Try not to be out front - follow someone else who's going fast, if possible, at a safe distance.

Escort Passport. Been using it for a decade now and my complaints are minor. If I were to ever switch (brands), I would likely look at getting a Valentine One...otherwise you cannot go wrong with either Escort of Valentine One.

I have a Radenso Pro M.
Had it since I bought my car back in 2019.
I am very impressed with it's performance and how it filters out false alerts.
Many other great detectors out there as well.
Just wanted to share my experience.

For what it's worth OP I have run an R7 as well as a V1 G2. Both are fantastic units under the $600 price tag range. I also run ALP . I have hardwired everything myself and with whatever you have chosen to go with please feel free to reach out I've been glad to give a fellow Camaro owner a hand.

I have a valentine but its worthless where I live because the cops use photo here. Takes 2 photos and compares the distance and time and does the calculation.
