meetups have been almost exclusively facebook organized for the past half decade it seems. Sucks cuz i'd sooner trade my car in for a used pontiac aztek than get a facebook account.

you guys don't need FB accounts....IG 98% of all SD meets are posted on IG not FB. Also if anyone in here is interested in joining a car club that is active in Cars n Coffee events and some night meets (none of the crazy street takeover stuff) then give us a follow on IG at Headturners_SanDiego.

I don't have InstaGram either but might be up for a meetup tomorrow (gotta wash the ride in the morning if I do!).

Unfortunately the Cars and Coffee Meet Sunday morning in Mira Mesa got broken up by the cops pretty quickly. It was scheduled for 7am-930am. I rolled up about 8am and the cops had the entire lot blocked off and were waving people by. I spoke to a few people parked nearby and they said it was due to COVID and social distancing requirements, not drivers acting foolish or anything which is good. And, I was happy that they waved me by and didn't stop me for no front plate or tinted windows, etc. Definitely looking forward to the next one.

Thanks for the update, hopefully these can be resumed soon, would love to make it to my first meet-up...

hre wheels open house is always a good event but it got cancelled due to covid19 this year...i run a few facebook groups for car meets and shows
