My Camaro is still under the factory warranty, do the axle back or cat back systems effect the warranty at all.

it only void the part you did mods on which is the catback exhast only. no big deal

I had Kooks 2" headers, no cats and AWE Touring exhaust. While I received a lot of compliments on the system, it was quite exhausting--plenty of pun intended. It was woefully loud and not representative of the perceived speed in which the vehicle was traveling based upon the sheer noise it made. I always wanted to get around to installing resonators in there to help out with the volume and in your situation, that is what I would recommend. Get some high quality resonators installed in your mid-pipe if you can. The best one I can recommend is a Vibrant Ultra Quiet Resonator. Not too sure how you're gonna fit that in there but, they did wonders for my wife's car for toning down volume and rasp.
