HERO TAILLIGHTS

I'm ready to buy the hero taillights. But I'm stucked on which one I want. Does anyone have a black camaro with the red smoked hero taillights? I have only seen pictures of black camaros with the clear smoked hero taillights.

You don’t mind the lag they have when you step on the brakes?

No because the the third brake light still comes on so that should be good enough to alert the driver behind me

Ive had em on since they came out. No issues with braking or people behind me so far. I did add the third brake light flash mod to kind of offset any lag. The flashing I think grabs the attention and takes away from any delay in the tails. Its about a 1/2 sec delay so not a big deal. And yes I've read all the info on brake stop times for drivers in the rear. I'm pretty sure I've had almost every situation when braking and no issues thus far. But for the delay these lights are incredible looking and and the option to sequential turn signal is really cool. I've had several compliments on just the lights themselves. You'll love them!

Are the LED bulbs built into the circuit board inside the Hero taillights or are they serviceable? Is it possible to run the halogen bulbs inside the hero tail lights or possible to replace the LED bulbs with better quality bulbs to see if that eliminates the lag when lighting up?
