Status Code 1000
Can someone explain to me what is going on when the order is stuck at this stage?
I have had an order placed at a dealer since mid-January. Got told a few days ago it was at Status code 1000 and I would not be getting the car. Also any helpful tips on how to proceed from this point would be appreciated. Dealer is saying he doesn't know what's going on but I have a feeling he doesn't want to tell me. Thanks. |

It means your dealer didn’t place the order. Once they place it and it is preliminarily accepted, you’ll be at status 1100.
