What spoiler is this?

Hello - looking to see which spoiler is on this car. I like the look of it but can’t seem to find the name of it. Thanks! Name: 9951257A-9E63-4C1E-A408-08064C4A847B.jpeg

Yes, that’s the Anvil Spoiler. I think they are hard to find now. Not sure if they are still being produced.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I though Anderson’s composites had something similar to that.

Their website still shows them for sale but they are all listed as 'Call to Pre-Order'. Maybe they are being made to order? I have yet to find a Chinese knock-off of these, surprisingly.

I'm emailing Matt Lazich at Anvil and they can't tell me if their notched spoiler (010526) will fit my 2014 ZL1. He said it fits the SS and told me to ask the dealer.

Are there any ZL1 owners that used this spoiler and can tell me if it fits?

Been awhile since I've really looked into spoilers but I believe the only difference between the ZL1 and SS is that the ZL1 has a hole for the wiring to run into the interior for the 3rd brake light(SS has it inside the back window). Anvil spoilers are direct bolt on for the SS so you would just want to plug that extra hole so no water can get into your trunk. Maybe someone that has gone from ZL1 to Anvil will chime in.

Good point on the 3rd brake light. I'm OK with sealing the hole. I've read the ZL1 and Z/28 are the same, but dang this is confusing. I just want a high spoiler thats a true carbon fiber look to match my factory hood.

I remember people using some sort of rubber grommet to fill in the hole, you might be able to find it if you search around on the forums. Whatever it was it laid flat enough on top of the decklid that it doesn't interfere with how the spoiler sits and it isn't visible. I vaguely remember people also using some sort of color matched sticker thing or vinyl as well to cover it up, hard to remember exactly that far back

Flex Tape! LOL
I'm more concerned that it will line up with the mounting holes. I can manage the hole that the wiring was feeding through. Matt best solution so far was to have me remove my spoiler and send him my dimensions and he said he'll see if he can match it up. A lot of work to find out it wont fit, but I might have to do it.
I think I would probably like a carbon fiber Z/28 spoiler just as well. I read they are the same mounting. Looking at ACS now.
Thank for the help!

Actually after taking another look at my car, the 3rd brake light is in the trunk lid, not the spoiler so thats good.

Looks like I might have found one. but a bit pricey.

I have that spoiler. It’s the Anvil notch, check the following link.

Just got mine a couple weeks ago. It mounted perfectly, lined up with all the existing stock spoiler holes. Added ZL1 addon wickerbill since.
