That's exactly what I'm doing now, the car is back and on the dyno and checking the tune and going over everything, once I get that info I'll know what to do next, as far as the tires, my track set is the m/t street r 305/45/17, my street set up is the nitto 555r 305/35/20, I don't have a wide band or gauges fot a/f, yet, I do have a old school fuel pressure/vacuum gauge and I am about 8psi at 6000, in hoping it's just something in the tune, and a convertor will get me in the mid 10s, that's the goal

I'm in the same boat. My times and traps were way low. But I did not have datalog capabilities. I ran an 11.8 at 115 at about 3000 DA in Vegas. Stock I ran 12.4 at 111. Tuner thought maybe high IATS. So, before knowing exactly what the issue was, I had them install an AEM wideband and an Alky Meth kit.
BTW: car made 608 RWHP and 523 RWTQ after adding meth. he said he didn't tune it very aggressively. went back to the track. Ran an 11.7 at 119 2500 DA. IATs were great. Meth solved any IAT issue. Tuner said the TC is not keeping the car in the peak RPM range. He said I also have another issue. The AFR is NOT the same on the right and left banks. He said the passenger side is about .8 leaner than the drivers side. the logs indicated shifting at: 1st shifted at 5900 2nd shifted at 6165 3rd at 6240 4th at 6400 something is still very wrong. I raced a stock 2018 Mustang GT that night. I went 11.9, he went 12.3. We both trapped 117. I did not pull on him at all on the back end. I have 200 more RWHP. What the hell is happening. As a matter of fact, he gained 26mph, I gained 24mph on the back end. To the OP, you're not alone.

I would get a HP tuner set up or something similar to data log your runs. With the lack of top end MPH I would think you are pulling timing. AFR could be an issue but usually when you're losing power its because of pulled timing. It could be from kr or it could be from the intake temps. Either way that should be something that should be cleaned up in the tune. Try some 100 octane, if you're getting knock that should clean it up.

High IAT's will kill your power. Especially on a stock set up. You can loose over 100rw with the timing being pulled. I always laugh to myself when I see guys sitting in the staging lanes idling their cars before a pass. Blower cars need a ton of extra stuff to make them work properly.

here's 2 datalogs. the 1st log i didn't get AFR, but the 2nd log has it. If you want to read them you'll have to remove the .txt from them (i'm sure you already know this).

It's shifting too early and running rich. Your hitting .69 lambda around 5500rpm which is way too damn rich if the wideband is reading accurate. I would think you would want to be around .80-.82. I believe you could use more timing as well. 11-13 degrees seems a little low to me.

I have a break out IAT sensor installed to monitor the IATS after the Meth. My IATs at an idle were up to 127 at the starting line. by the end if 1st gear they dropped to 108. Temps continued to drop throughout the run. IAT was at 55 at the end of the run. Climbed back up to 113 on the return back.

The side that the AFR is reading in on..it the drivers side...the "too rich" side. The passenger side is .8 - 1.0 leaner.. Example: if the the afr gauge reads 10.0 on the drivers side...then its 10.8 on the passenger side. He had to tune accordingly.
