Nice, congrats! What'd you sell the SS for if you don't mind me asking? Got a new promotion so I'm either upgrading to a Fifty SS or a Hotwheels SS in the next few months.

You only need one. Most people put it on drivers side.

Here are possible causes for your hyper left only blinker....

1) Bad connection. Verify all connections again.
2) Could have the harness plugged into wrong bulb. Verify it’s on the reverse light.
3) The new left tail light could be faulty.
4) There could be a grounding issue check wiring/connections.
5) Because it’s LED sometimes the canbus system gets confused. Have you done the battery disconnect for 10 mins?

So I pulled the taillights and double checked the connections and they were fine. I swapped the harness to the driver side and now it hyper flashes on the driver side. I also disconnected the battery for 30 mins. There is one one way to plug in the harness. It has to be the harness. Unless anyone has any other ideas.

Sounds like a bad harness. Or load resister in the harness. And yes it only plugs in one way due to the keying of the connector. You are correct. But I meant was it plugged into the right bulb. The reverse bulb not the brake/turn bulb.

Return the harness for a new one.

Ceramic tint on and I love it! I am really surprised at how much heat it keeps out.

When they did my partition recall the new one did not attach as securely as the original one so I had them replace it but the new one is not much better. It wants to unsnap at the top. I store a folding chair and some towels under the top compartment.

Well the new one isn’t definitely tighter. About peeled the nail off my thumb getting it off the first time.

All who are traveling to CamaroFest 8, looking forward to seeing other F1FTYs there. I head out on Wednesday for a two day trek from Altitude down to Attitude (7200’ to around 600’).

Here’s hoping the weather holds and the temps are manageable.

I had 9 Camaros back in the day. All 10+ years old, and all 67-69. I did light restorations, and it helped pay for college. Loved every one of them, and to this day I can recognize most parts that are unique to those awesome cars. My fav was a 69 lemans blue SS convertible with a 350. It had white rally strips.....awesome car!
Since then, No cars had made my heart stop like that car....until I saw the FIFTY!
My FIFTY story happened when I grabbed my son and said, ‘let’s go drive the 455 hp camaro, just for fun’. I frankly thought it couldn’t be as awesome as my ‘69. I was flipping wrong. The salesman tossed me keys to a left over ‘16 SS. Holy crap, what a ride! My intention was just to try it.... after we wandered over to the stable of Camaros.... we spotted the FIFTY on the fender and I was like, ‘what is this gorgeous beast’. OMG. The more I saw and learned, I had to own it.
Mine is a 2SS convertible wearing black bow ties and sporting quad pipes.
I feel like I know what was, from back in the day..... And as much as I want to find a 69 SS again.... I think maybe my 17 is the baddest car I have ever owned... but you all know that.
