Exhaust rattle
Anyone on here have any issues with some kind of rattling after installing a new exhaust? I just installed a AWE full cat back and I’m getting some rattling at a certain rpm range. It doesn’t rattle all the time, not at idle, just when i step on it. I don’t think it’s the exhaust itself but a heat shield, crawled under the car to try and identify it but everything is tight, including the exhaust clamps. Anyone have any ideas what it could be if everything that i checked is tight??

Have the AWE track edition. No rattle, but a lot of drone. The drone, when I get on it or at WOT, will cause trim pieces in the car to rattle. It doesn't bother me, it is the price I pay for the sound!

Might want to take a peek underneath and make sure it is not touching anything

My corsa sagged a bit and touches the small cross member, it kinda rattles ever so slightly, I am too lazy to get under there and adjust it but that could be your issue currently as well.

The hangar mounts squeak on mine when the car is hot, kinda sounds like a rattle. To stop it i push on the exhaust tips and it goes away. May try to spray some silicone on the hangar mounts but, it hasn't gotten to a point where I feel compelled to do it.

My ARH exhaust was rattling on the factory heatshield above the mufflers.
