Help with Helix sequential taillight issue

Just installed my new Helix sequential taillights from NextGen speed. Drivers side works fine, but passenger side is having an issue. The turn signal portion of the light flashes very quickly as if the car sees a burnt out bulb. Plus only 1/2 of the lights on the bottom row flash. This happens in sequential and non sequential mode. Any ideas on things to try before ending up returning?
Thanks

The lights should have come with a harness, the harness will also address the battery drain issue, I had them on my 17 1SS and after about 4 to 5 days of sitting, the battery was dead, I got my Helix tail lights through Wildhammer and after contacting him, I got a harness, the harness is the same one if have LED back up lights in your factory lights.

The harness is installed. Tried it on both sides and didn't help. I believe the harness was only for the backup light anyway.
