Canadian Fires and Smoke Smell in Camaro Interior

Hello Camaro 6 owners/drivers:

Since the Camaro plant is in Lansing, MI and relatively close to the Canadian border, has anyone received a mid-late-model 2023 Camaro and smelled any smoke in the interior of the car as a result of the Canadian fires? Many thanks. Tommy23

I heard the Canadian smoke smells better than the American smoke so it shouldn’t be that bad

Yes, it has been a brutal dry year. Lots of land less population therefore, way more forest.

I live an hour outside of Lansing. We've had a couple weekends were you could smell and see the smoke and they told you to stay inside. I would say no, if your car is sitting in the lot it is fine. Don't worry about it.

Sometimes when I pick up a pizza and put it in the trunk. I get that cheese and sausage smell. But it goes away.
