No more trash can muffler look

I never have liked the big shiny trash can look of the NPP muffler ( love the sound though). So I bought some hi-temp flat black spray paint and took care of it. What do you think?

Yup....good work!! Done that on other cars. Makes it all disappear. Works good! Need to do that to mine. Thanks for the reminder!

Yup.....I always flat black my cars for anything that can be seen from behind, looks good.

Easy nice mod, but to be honest, the trash can is barely noticeable on the Gen6 from most angles.

It was VHT from Advanced Auto Parts. Its formulated for high temp use. Although, probably any flat black paint that is for metal would work. It was any easy 20 minute job and that included waiting ten minutes after the first coat to do the second.

I can't disagree except that every time I drove my other car into the garage I could see that big shiny metal suitcase staring back at me and it just had to go!
