Some really good numbers on a Mustang dyno which are typically pretty stingy.

Thanks!! The car is a completely different animal now. I was super surprised at the numbers when they told me but it feels every bit as strong as the numbers suggest.

Removed it and used the flat gasket that came with the billet throttle body adapter.

After watching several videos, and reading up on several threads I got everything I needed. I installed the LT2 intake on both my car and my friend’s 1LE. His is Auto, mine is Manual, we both really enjoy the performance boost and have had zero issues. The gains are definitely noticiable, I don’t have a Dyno base line, but we will get a Dyno run sometime soon. Will post the results.

How did it turn out? I'm considering having mine painted Nightfall Gray Metallic to match the car and maybe doing either some custom body color valve covers the "CAMARO FIFTY" logo engraved and then filled with the orange to March my stripes and relocate the coils

Is the GPI LT2 kit plug and play? Seems it is and saves a bunch of time. I'd rather just get it and bolt it on. If I buy that and keep the stock TB and run a Rotofab will I need a tune? I figure it'd be time to do one anyways, but curious if I could run it for a month or two prior. Seems bigger TB's aren't huge HP movers unless you go FI or cam/heads. Is that true our are they worth it on a IMH modded car?

The LT2 Manifold requires some modification to fit correctly on the LT1. You will need an LT2 Intake Manifold Installation kit which comes with the brass fitting, vacuum hose, MAP extension harness, and instructions for modifying the LT2 Manifold. Adding a LT2 Engine Cover will complete the under the hood look as well.

I did not get my LT2 from you guys, but I did get your installation kit. The kit worked perfectly and I followed your how-to video on YouTube. You guys did an outstanding job on the instructions. I applaud you. I have bought quite a bit from you in the past and I'm sure I'll purchase more in the future. Keep up the great work.

Glad to hear the kit and our instructions helped you out! How do you feel about the power gains, did you have any other supporting mods? Feel free to reach out to us anytime if there is anything else we can do for you.

Yes, I added a 3inch cat back exhaust from Speed Engineering, Mishimoto CAI and my TB is ported. I then added flex fuel when I added the LT2. Trifecta is doing the calibrating, but I'm still waiting on it. So far the added air DEFINITELY added power and I'm spinning wheels a lot more. I do have your "sound tube delete" kit coming tomorrow. I can't use it with the CAI due to the height of the LT2/TB.

Again, thanks for the quick shipping and the great products.

Adam
