Economically they are better, there are more choices on pad selections, and they are much easier to maintain. remember the Carbon Ceramics found on a Porsche, Z06, Z28....are not carbon brakes that you find on a LMP1, F1, MotoGP, or Indy car.....those are all carbon/carbon brakes and do not work at all outside of their operating temps which can not be seen driving normally down the highway on public roads.  That was taken after 13 mins on track with our shop Z07 package C7 Corvette Z06 when the brakes failed. |

Same. No news on 1LE, ZL1 and no new pictures of the Z/28. It's been too slow around here.
