It’s available at every dealer in South Florida at MSRP + $1250 Chevy incentive.

Wondering why used are being listed for so much more.

I think because "used = available". Not many '23 SS 1LEs out there on the lots. In a popular color. I ordered my '22 late in '21 with delivery in April of 2022. I got lucky with an allocation. And at MSRP. There's a lot of potential owners who want a specific variant and can't order one or buy one off the lot. The days of going down to your local dealership and picking out what you want and getting it quickly is long gone. Kung Flu taught the OEs to rethink large inventories. While I agree $55k is nuts, the OP is working the market. With a car model that is most likely going away. Supply/Demand. Fair enough. That is his choice and time will tell if whether there is a buyer desperate enough to buy. With high interest rates and a continuing economic uncertainty, good luck to him.

A 1SS 1LE with 6MT is $49K. A 2SS 1LE ranges from $52-$56K.

1SS 1LE are easy to find. The 2SS 1LE are difficult to find. Mine is delivering in 2 weeks.

That's a total of $52,295

He's asking $53K OBO, that's a reasonable price considering it has almost no milage, it's available and you don't have to pay dealer fees.

There is/was one available near me a few days ago, the sticker was $54K and change but had no copper free brakes (free option) a cargo mat, red seat belt and black lugs nuts.

The copper-free brake actually aren't a free option. They don't show a price on the configurator, but when you select it the price for the 1LE package increases to $7500. Only California and Washington cars seem to have them as they're a required option in those states. Makes sense that they're not free since it is an upgraded rotor and caliper set at the end of the day.

Good luck with the sale. Beautiful car. I have to ask, why are you selling such a gorgeous Camaro so soon? Ordering a last year one, or downsizing the stable?

Thank you, yeah just downsizing. In the 10ish months this Camaro took to arrive I ended up buying some motorcycles and a project 3000GT VR-4 that I really came to love. Then my job went remote and I found I don't drive much anymore. Too many too toys, and just not enough free time to enjoy them all. It weighs a little on my conscience seeing things sit unused.

I understand. My 2018 2SS Hot Wheels 50th Anniversary Edition has just 1550 miles on it! Had knee surgery and then the following year, shoulder surgery. It slowed my cruising days down for quite a while, especially since it’s an M6. Can’t wait to drive it this Summer a bit more.

Love the 3000GT VR-4’s! I am 47, and when I was in HS(90-94) those cars were one of my favorites. I had an 88 5.7L IROC at that time, but I wanted a 3000GT VR-4. A classmate had a 300ZX, and we used to talk cars all day.

Best of luck on the sale, and with the toys you have! Love to see a photo of your 3000GT VR-4 sometime. Throw one up in here, if you stay in the forums. 👍🏻

Hope you get better and get to put some more miles on that Camaro soon!

Those '90's Japanese sports/GT cars are really something. I wanted a 3000GT in high school too (2011-2015), but had to settle for a non-turbo SL back then. Not that it mattered, it still stood out in that parking lot on looks alone haha. I'll post it someday here. That a car from 1992 like the VR-4 has electronic active suspension and exhaust like the 1LE still blows my mind and I'm pretty obsessed with it.

Thank you. No doubt!

Best of luck with the sale and 3000GT VR-4!
