I will for sure pass anything along good or bad. I think this will be a great mod that pays off in tenths.

There are even more definitions than before, so you can fine-tooth your preferences more than before, too.
I can see how the TQ limits in the T93 were limiting just from Minimum Spark adjustments after seeing more tune files. It's crazy, as already said, how much the behavior of the car is controlled by TQ limits. I remember when I put a big stall converter in my '02 Z28 (Yank SS4000), and without pulling TM, shifts were total sh1t. I'd nearly get thrown into the steering wheel because it would cut power so bad. I could almost feel that with this car, and all that TM, and could definitely see it pull the power after the shift. As with the '02, getting a TCM for this car - was one of the top mods', even if it's might only be worth a couple tenths at the track. I recall JLSpeed's Pray tune video, and those shifts were C R A Z Y looking. I can't imagine that's good for the slushbox...

You can see where I made the red smiley face the throttle closes then opens back up. Thats the TCM tq management. Commanded throttle pedal at that point through that dip was 99.6%. I was to the wood. |

Getting the TCM tuned will cancel all that out. Also the 1-2 and 2-3 cut between shifts. You can see that on the log as well. |

The TCM has a Torque vs Gear vs RPM table. Stock is set to 800ft lbs. Once you hit that threshold the throttle will not open all the way. That doesn't mean you have to actually make 800ft lbs to hit that threshold. Alot of it will depend on the tune and mods. My guess is you are likely close but all you have to do is log the car and you will know. Some will try to fool the ECU by playing with the torque tables to get around it. Me personally, I prefer to set the torque model higher than what the car actually makes. The car just flat out works better that way but that requires zeroing out that TCM table or else the throttle won't open all the way.
