New M2 leaks
The rear end looks rough, the front is not great either. But wow did they manage to make the car ugly. Id would rather get the M4. The old M2 comp was a great looking car.

BMWs just keeping getting uglier and uglier. It’s a shame because I’ve been a fan for decades. Now I can’t seem like like any of them.

The last gen 2 series was an excellent looking car at an excellent tossable size. Unfortunately people looking to get into a cheap bmw just for the badge bought it and then gave bmw feedback that it was too small and now we wound up with this overgrown ugly car.

The front at least looks better than most current BMWs with the huge grille openings. The rear is fugly though. Unfortunately BMW has gone against it's roots the last ten years or so. It used to make cars that handled well and were fun to drive. I loved my 1 series. BMW still makes great engines, but the M cars are now mostly ugly, heavy and not very fun to drive.

They are trying too hard for the DTM look from what I can see of the rear. Not their best work at all.

Put a paper bag over that one!
Those M2 pictures should be shown at high schools during career day when pointing to career fields that pay well and have an underpopulated work force. Clearly BMW is having trouble hiring anybody with design talent. |

Maybe this is how they transition their sales to EVs. Make real ugly ICE cars.
