Absolutely it can be. A good shop can do a paint and clear coat blend easy. If you are brave enough you can even do it yourself. There are loads of videos on youtube that show how. I have been using paint match products from a company called Automotivetouchup out of Louisiana and have had great results. Just take your time as prep work is 80% of a good paint job. And with white paint be careful not to put too many coats of clear as the extra layers will refract the light differently and cause a slight discoloration compared to the rest of the panel. I found this out on my wife's 2017 Ram. 3 coats of clear max.

if you have a DA polisher, it can make it look a lot better.

From the pix that looks pretty deep. You can make it look better with touchup paint but probably a bumper repaint if you are going to be bothered by it.

The bumper cover would have to be removed. The gouge goes down thru to the actual bumper cover material which can be filled, than leveled or feathered, spot primed, sanded and feathered, spot refinish with color, and finally clear coat the entire bumper cover for a long lasting repair.
A quicker and less quality repair would be leaving the bumper cover on and doing a clear coat blend procedure versus clear coating the entire bumper cover. |
