Convertible top wont go down unless I push down metal rods behind seats down!
I have a 2k22 2SS convertible. The top won't go down unless I pull back the fabric flap behind the driver and the passenger seat and push these two rods down. When the rods are pushed down THEN the top goes down but I do not want to have to keep doing that for this thing to work. Any tips?
Above the video I had to use to make it work so yall can see what im talking about |

A 2022 should be under warranty. Let your dealer diag and fix.

That so called one touch is actually 3 presses and now costs $329.

Hmm, only the “door handle shortcut” is 3 presses. The inside top windscreen button it one touch, the key remote unlock button hold is one longer 3 second press, and I don’t use the top button on the key remote - that might be 1 touch or 1 x 3 second press.
At $330 (I paid $300), it’s still great, IMHO. |
