Wow. Drivetrains sure have gotten alot stronger in last 20 years. I remember being nervous my 02 Trans Am would break it's rear end and strand me at the track even when it was stock

Well looks like all is well at this point with the tranny. Mike did some tuning on it and made about 6 passes at Atlanta, shifts hard and fast, best of all no slippage. Hopefully that will happen the rest of the season.

Venom, the tranny is good, cough no T400 needed. Ha. I'm at 800 rwhp on my last dyno in February. We pulled a little power out so my axles will survive until I get those ordered. Haven't been back on the dyno but probably 750 the way we are running it right now with 3 degrees less timing up top and a few degree down low on the launch. Taking it easy till the Camaro Fest and then things will change. Then we'll see if the tranny still holds up

Sorry to hear about the tranny Greg. Mine is shuddering once again. What would you do if you were me? Daily driver and some 1/8 mile passes locally. Not sure if you remember me from CF8. I think I bought the beer last time. I look forward to going aging this year. Will you guys be there?

No, mine is now well again. Its banging fast and furious on every shift. I can't tell you what was going on before but now its doing great. So, I'm hoping its going to make it 7 more races that I have scheduled so far this season.
