You don't mention what size pulley you're installing so we have no idea how must boot to expect.

I'm more excited about trying to tune away the torque management then adding the extra power.

What was the TQ?

Is this SAE? Can you post a graph?

Nice Numbers considering the heat!

Best numbers we could get was 647 on 93, i didnt get the graph its going to be emailed to me, i have a picture of a pull of 632 hp 643 tq. We werent successful in getting it tuned on E85, apparently the fuel pump starts acting up when it senses the ethanol. My tuner is looking into it. I did a decent amount of research before trying to just install the flex fuel sensor and a few other people mentioned just hooking up the sensor and tuning it. If its not this simple maybe we will go with the Meth injection lol

I'm curious how it turns out. I'm pretty tight with a couple of the best, and longest tenure LS tuners in the country. One of them specializes in flex fuel tuning on the LT1 and other late model engines. He said e85 switch on these ZL1s isn't as straight forward due to the fuel system. I THINK the low side does some funny stuff but don't quote me. The ZL1 would definitely take a much larger volume of e85 opposed to an LT1. Maybe that's the issue???
You all ignored my posts

Who was the tune shop?

What Flex Fuel Sensor?

Do you have the graph? Does it have AFR/Boost readings?

TIA

I haven't received the graphs yet, the sensor was from DSX tuning. I thought, maybe mistakenly, that it was pretty much plug and play. Install the sensor and tune it.....am I wrong?

What does "fuel pump starts acting up" mean? Is fuel pressure dropping? The problem with E85 is that you need to flow ~30% more fuel than you do with gasoline, due to the low heat energy of alcohol. Therefore you'd run into the limit of the fuel system sooner than with gasoline.
