Clock doesn't start till you break the beam. His 60 ft needs to be just a hundredth quicker and he is in the 10's. RT has 0 to do with timing.

I tiny improvement on the 60 foot, and a tiny bit at the 1/8th and you will have it.
My rule of thumb.... 7.0 at the 1/8th and you KNOW shes in the 10's. |

You'll get there. Doesn't get any closer then that though. If you need any help give us a call, that's what we're here for.
You can burn off some more gas and save some weight for sure. If you are dead hooking off the line you can probably launch a bit harder and lower that 60 foot a hair. What tire are you on? |

Thanks guys. Very confident I’ll hit my goal the next time to the track. That pass was the first time I heated the tires enough doing the burnout, and brought up the RPM and brake torqued it a little. I’ve seen conflicting things about what rpm to launch at. Prior to this run I was just mashing it off idle. 305/45/17 MT ET street R.
