I had one of the SS front fascias before the car came out as well. It is still hanging on my garage wall.

It could be the emblem is 1/LE. There are several emblems on Camaro5 that have it like that.

I don't think 1LE badges from GM have the slash.

Yes. He said no Z/28 to follow 2014/2015. He also said they'd likely have an 4cyl Camaro.

N/A would be nice. But let's face it, turbo or S/C'd is the future. I'm curious to see what comes of this? Z/28 15% faster than its successor? Cost? Is it even worth it?

I guess this confirms it wasn't an early development that was changed before the launch.

Did you see no wing on the car.

Yeah, that doesn't mean anything. If this is a Z/28 (and that's a big if), they would probably use the same aero as the ZL1 1LE. There were ZL1 1LEs driving around without wings. The most critical part to test would be the drive train.

Bhobbs: my argument to that would be the Porsche 911 R. Porschephiles made such a huge stink about the 911 GT3 not available with a manual trans, that Porsche built a special/limited (i.e. Uber expensive) edition 911 R. Essentially a GT3 with a manual trans AND NO LARGE WING. Why couldnt GM steal a page from the Porsche book and make a 6th Gen Z/28 as a "special/limited edition"? Im not sure what engine they'd decide to run etc.....also, it appears in the video that the wing was simply removed as the holes were covered with tape. Also, the large white I.D. tag was covered on the drivers rear quarter panel.... I think people started getting wise to the numbers that were on the ZL1 1LE.
