If all that is done on a Camaro is E-85 you could flash the ECM with the stock tune. But if there were mods done that require a tune for the car to run then you are out of luck. Glad I live in WI, here they just plug in the OBDII and read for codes and readiness. I feel sorry for all you CA Camaro drivers!

This will be interesting because there are CARB legal superchargers but they require the CARB legal tune from the manufacture. I'm in Cali and this is the route I'm looking at going later down the road, Procharger CARB legal kit.

It's super easy to swap back in the original tune, I use HP tuners, literally just takes a few minutes.
I can't imagine they have a system that's capable of determining that your car used to have an illegal tune in it, but I obviously don't know this to be fact. |

Do you have to start the car when they plug it in? I suppose if you didn’t flip the stock tune in once you park. lol
