Chrome accent on upper & lower grill delete?

I just removed the upper chrome accent pieces to just see how easy it would be to delete. Just 4 clips hold them on. would be easy to cut the plastic nubs that hold them in place. I covered them in medium smoke vinyl for now. just wanted to show how easy it would be. Any opinions on to delete them? Or just black them out or tint them like i did? Car is dirty so please excuse it.

Thought about that but really just wanted to get inside and see what they would look like completely gone. quick question for ya, Your paint on the center caps you got from RCC, is it holding up? My front bowtie i got in yesterday is already flaking. Only one day of it being on.

I think I'll Paint my chrome Pieces red Like the Accent of the SEMA Cars on the RED accent on the LOWER grill

Looking good. Nice choice on the RCC Bowties and badges, I've got the exact same combo!! I've been debating deleteing the chrome strips as well but I can't make up my mind, you and Glen have me leaning that way tho lol

Just removed my lower chrome pieces. Looks a lot better in my opinion. Here are a few pics of the lower pieces and their tabs. 4 tabs on each.

Just an FYI, if you are so predisposed, the RS/SS emblem pops off the same way, same tabs:

Actually keeping the front RS emblem on. Have a painted one on the way. removed the rear and now the side emblems come off today. All chrome gone. The lower accent trim pieces were a little bit of a pain in the ass.
