How much are your dealers charging for an oil change?

I normally do my oild changes myself, however I have 3 kids now so time is very limited. My car isnt due for one but i decided to go to my local dealer to get some pricing info and I was shocked to what I was told. "Starting at $380" WHAAAT is this even in the ballpark of what other dealers are charging. I feel as though a local speed shop will charge less for their Amsoil service, what do you guys think.

I was just in for my first free oil change. Next oil changes will be done by me. I asked what the up charge was for Amsoil, just out of curiosity. They told me an oil change would be around $140

I guess I'm lucky. My dealer charges $64, they even threw in a detail clean next time I go in. They also worked to get me another set of Goodyears with the USAA discount even though they aren't part of the GY/USAA deal. They got it to.

If it is of any consensus - next to my wife’s Forester (oil filter is on top) this is the easiest car I have ever done a oil change on. I put on a Stahblis easy drain awhile back and it is even easier.

Lifetime free oil changes. I like my dealer. I've checked it every time afterwards and haven't had any issues. 18k and just had my 5th change.

My two closest dealerships quoted $180 and $130 for an oil change with Mobil1 0W-40 and an OEM filter. Last time on the "free" oil change I found out they overfilled after I checked the level cold at home and when I went back two separate people checked the dip stick and denied it refusing to drain the extra oil so I drained the extra quart myself. They also sprayed the oil pan area to clean it instead of wiping it with a rag so there was still oil residue left. And I saw them tightening someone's lug nuts using an impact wrench without a torque stick...hopefully that person never needs to change a flat tire by hand with the wheel lug wrench in the trunk.

I am just going to do it myself from now on. I have never found a dealership for any car manufacturer that actually cares about doing things properly.

IMO - Being its about 30 - 45min (including jacking the car up or on ramps) to do an oil change, do something to keep the kids busy for that time...play, watch movie etc. and do it yourself. The money you save can go to mods! Plus, you will know for sure what oil was poured into your motor.
Then bring the kids out to help wash the car.
