Exclamation Help accessing alternator

Hey all, this might come off as dumb but what is the best way to get to the alternator plug and wire? I can’t get my hands anywhere around there and have no clue how to check the plug or wire to make sure there’s no issues. (I’m having battery charge system issues still)

It seems probably from the bottom.

It looks like you'd have to remove the shear panel and sway bar, from pictures I have.

I see there are few bolts - maybe a couple from the front of the engine, and bolt or two from the side. I'm not confident you'll be able to to pull it from the top though. I maintain it's a bottow-out job.

BUT - I haven't had to do this job yet.
