I cannot find the ethanol % option on the Banks Gauge. Can someone point me in the right direction?

My car is tuned for flex fuel and it has been turned on in my factory ECU.

Once this is done, you should see ethanol under the fuel category.

It is exactly what I will try/look at when I'm back home next week.

Just got an update from Katech, they changed the vehicle selection on the gauge and now it displays ethanol %.

You know, its quite amazing what you can find on this forum.... prior to me posting this question, I called Banks and their technical support team told me these gauges DON'T read ethanol %. The person on the phone was certain this was not possible, I respectfully told him I thought he was wrong and would be going to Camaro6 for answers.

That’s pretty funny! You can now take a pic of your gauge showing E content and send it to Banks.

Good job! Mine also shows ethanol %. IDK when the change happened but my guess would be when they did a firmware upgrade. That was a couple years ago and that when ethanol showed up as an option.

The latest version of firmware Is v1.23.0 (3/22/2022).

I’m using v1.18.3 (2/19/2020) and according to their site the most recent release Banks list as a “major” upgrade.

I’m going to flash this in and hope they added KR for our cars.

A few of us have emailed/contacted Banks requesting additional PID’s to be added to the gauge.

I'm still waiting on the KR, too... I can't seem to find it from the last update but I could've missed it.
