Geez I'm thinking a blower again. Maggie has arrived(updated)

I'm just thinking its time to move on up again. Not like my 16 SS running 9.40s@147, but just a nice 600 rwhp top mounted Maggie. Just want to run 10.50s@132 or maybe a little faster, might even go back to a 2300 I found recently, been talking to Mike (my old boss at Magnuson) about doing port injection instead of running an Lt4 pump and injectors) so I can run E85. Not sure much beyond that, just not happy running high 11s in this led sled. Since I was stupid and got rid of my C7 that ran 10.90s bolt on I just can't run this slow and be happy. I ran 10.00@139 with bone stock Lt1, 2300 and decent fuel system on VP Ms 109 and some Meth/water. Not going that far this time but just a nice mid 10 Lt1 Camaro. Seems like a good idea if I get the deal done. Would love to do a 2650 Maggie again but just don't want to spend that kind of money since before I got them for free when I worked at Magnuson, now I have to pay for them so I'm a miser again, although I did buy the original 2300.

We’ve all said that at some point. In all seriousness…..do it and enjoy.

For the record, I told you this was going to happen.

Evidently after being around here for 6 years you know me well. We shall see if the deal works out. Of course I plan on just having fun with it and not getting serious like my 16 SS, it got out of control for sure.

While the record has been noted, I really think a 2650 and THPSI port injection would really do well. YOLO Part III!

Well you’ve got a couple months to get it all together while the hot days pass.

The LT2 intake manifold + E85 bolt-ons strategy didn't quite scratch the itch? you will be rocking a magnuson in no time.

Just a little over 2 months till the LS Fest so gotta make that. I've done so many blowers now of mine and a couple I've installed that I think I can do one in about 6 hours if I have good luck getting the old balancer off. Wow everyone really likes to chew on my words and hold them against me, for fun of course. Guess I need to keep my thoughts to myself, Right?

Heck, you, Josh, King and the rest of the forced induction LT1 gen 6 camaro hall of famers were my main motivators to skip all that bolt on fluff and save all my pennies for the blower kit and fuel upgrades right from the start. Your buddies were right about you coming back around to a blower, and they were cold blooded about it too.

Glad to hear we’ve been a positive influence. We can’t be the only ones burning up cash.

Dam tough crowd I'd say. We were for sure some of the first to go to a blower. We all learned a lot of good and bad. I learned the Lt1 doesn't like 18 or more lbs of boost without good crank case ventilation, maybe even with good ventilation. I definitely pushed to motor to its limits that did cost a bunch of bucks for a new forged short block and even on the second motor learned the stock forged crank can't stand 7600 rpm as it broke the crank internally. Here comes another short block. Haha and on and on.

Aww heck Laynlo, there wasn’t any malice at all. I actually smiled and grimaced at the same time. One because you’re gonna be boosted again soon and the grimace was because I can’t save money fast enough to go FI. I’ll get there. I still want to go the route of CJ, but who knows.

All of the crew you listed, including you, will inspire me to get to goals one day. Keep talking and don’t keep thoughts to yourself.

Did you get a tracking number yet?
