OP, I see that you have a 1SS.

Depending on the difficulty, maybe you can convert that blank area (where the heated/ventilated seat button is in the 2SS) to a line-lock button?

Just an idea.

Wish we still had a dimmer switch on the floor. Thanks for looking into this, there are quite a few of us trying to get this figured out. How does it run on the ZL1?

I may have to look into those switches! They can both be used for this and another addition I'm working on! Thank you!

That's an awesome idea for a 1SS.. as bad as the seat cooling is in my car, I may rob that switch also....

After a nice little discussion with the Chevy parts guys.....heated seat switch is a no go. Turns out it's part of the HVAC control module. It's a $410 assembly. Not to make the line lock pretty.

I haven't decided where I'm mounting it yet. I'm probably going to buy another passenger side knee bolster and attaching a bracket to it with a wiring connector so I can take the switches out when I'm street driving the car. I'm having a hard time coming to terms with drilling into the console currently.

I don't have a problem with it if it looks clean, I looked up the sjm 5th gen kit, and I like that it had a master switch to kill power when street driving. I messaged them on facebook as I really want this in my car so I can stop going sideways at drag strip and wasting runs because I couldn't warm up tires good enough.

I can bend you up a set of lines for $60 shipped. If you want me to get you solenoids, make it $300 shipped. Then all you have to do is wire it. The downside is, it requires two solenoids due to the ABS system.

I have an idea for now, but I need to buy a panel. I can't bring myself to drill a hole in the center console. Lol. Sonthe pane will be removable with the switches on it. That way I just take it out for street duty.

A8 is not hard to do the burnout with. Turn T/C off, push shift lever over to the left to keep it from shifting, foot on brake, and smoke them.
