It was rumored to be for the Escalade-V and a Camaro of some sort.

I am guessing because of production logistics, the EV push, etc.... they decided to axe it.
The 2023 Escalade-V was just announced and it has a 2.7L blower.

That's what we're talking about. Really hope it's a possibility, a camo-ed ZL1 was spotted at the ring in August of last year, maybe that was it. The Facebook group is 100% convinced nothing on the ZL1 will change and it's going to stay exactly like this until it's death.

I would agree, I don't see them changing anything on the ZL1, best case it gets the Blackwing upgrades.

So depressing, the ZL1 would be so incredible with a proper blower. Even the blackwing upgrade is better than nothing.

The Camaro flat out sells like poop.

Primarily due to being poorly marketed.
GM needs to make T-tops optional again (materials and production have improved dramatically in the past 20 years), then I need a film crew and a Sonic. Even I could make a decent commercial that evokes nostalgia for the Camaro.

I did not see this. Yes, this is the prototype blower that got leaked. It is a modified LT5 blower (2650).

Should directly bolt onto a ZL1

They sure did me a favor. What a mistake that would’ve been. Got a Telluride instead. Couldn’t have been happier.
I didn't applied for Dodge financing (not applicable for me), but I also have bad experience with their financing. I got Charger for 5.5%, and refinanced for 2.7%

Charger sold! Better to sell, than waiting to be stolen...

Thankfully GM financial doesn’t play those games. Had our choice of the promo 0.0 or 1.9 in March.
