Shift Patterns
Howdy everyone,
Can anyone identify what PATTERN A is? I'm seeing PATTERN B is Sport and Track, but haven't successfully been able to get PATTERN A to come on in the Scanner. It's not Performance Mode, either... NORMAL is Touring (and probably Snow/Ice), but I'm just curious as to PATTERN A. Could it be Cruise Control? I hadn't thought to try that until just now. Thanks!

In case anyone else might find some usefulness:
I couldn't actually go on a drive, but while parked, I turned CC on, and the pattern didn't change. Was able to effect pattern changes, in Park, with Touring/Sport/Track/etc. (same as I listed above), but CC didn't change anything. I'm wondering if this is a "Limp Mode" pattern. I suppose I could figure out a way to get the car into Limp Mode, but I'm not that interested and dedicated to answering my original post, lol... The stock mapping is suggesting to me that it might, so if I do try, I'll report back, in case anyone is interested.

Could it be related to valet mode in some way? I can't test anything out since I have an M6, just a thought.
