If you are doing any track work go with SRF or RBF. The Castrol is expensive but will last the entire year, the RBF is cheaper but probably needs to be changed after every 2 to 4 track weekends.

I'm lazy - I go with the SRF.

Usually 1 litre. Once, not sure why, but the dealer needed a little more than 1. So I used the remainder of the second bottle in another vehicle.

The Castrol SRF says to change the fluid every 18 months max use. Of course it would be better to change it more often if you track the car multiple times per year.

SRF all the way, 1st time switching over I bought to bottles and used 1½ I made sure I bleed out all the old fluid. Tbe rest of the bottle I use to bleed every 3 or 4 events.

I don't track my car, at least not yet, but still have stock fluid. Figure it's due for a change and upgrade since it's easy. Is the most efficient way to swap fluid is with a Power Bleeder?
