LT1 Stock Tire Life
Hey all,
Obviously this will differ widely based on driving style and such but just trying to get a general idea on how long peoples factory tires lasted on the LT1. So the 245/40/R20 Eagle F1s |

I was only able to get about 12,000 out of my first set of rears.
There were a few of us that discussed this last month. Might be some useful information here: https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=596157 |

Assuming your alignment is good, it should be checked, and you rotate them on schedule, you *should* get long life, how much that is is pretty debatable, user reports can be all over the place with no real reliable knowledge to how some one drives or cares for the tires.

Were these the SS Goodyear Summer Tires or the LT1 Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric All Seasons?

I had the Goodyear Summer tires on mine. I'm not going to say that I was nice to them and I had to drive them in not so optimal temps. They did what they were supposed to while they still had tread though.

After seeing the title again, please forgive my ignorance. The LT1 was taken in the wrong context. I'm sure you've figured that out by now.

So far I am at 10k miles with plenty of tread left, they just aren't particularly sticky tires and can be very interesting in the Florida rains...
